Not much to say other than seasonal goodies make dieting during this
time of year extra difficult.
I am begining to suspect the 'budget' that I'm working with is too
high. In theory, if I stick to the budget I should still loose a
pound or so. I went over last week by only a few hundred calories, so
I should have at worst maintained my weight. Instead, I gained a half-
pound. This week, I'm trying to get the weekly numbers to be close to
the budget to see if I still gain weight again (last week could have
been an anomoly or I may have grossly under-estimated the caloric
content of some things).
