well, it's been around for a number of years. If by 'real' you mean 'officially recognised by congress and placed on most desk calendars', then no. If by 'real' you mean 'is something the person controlling your email would appreciate', then yes. :)

'real' is a very subjective term sometimes. hehe..

That is hella cool. I think I'll email the sysad from work and wish him a happy sysadmin day. And then he'll look up at me and do the same thing he does every time I talk to him:

Blink slowly and say, "What?"

I have a crush on him.
