Post a memory of me in the comments. It can be anything you want. Then, of course, post this to your journal and see what people remember of you.

I remember being in your bedroom at your mom's house ages ago... I remember the atmosphere more than a specific moment there... because I stayed with you once when I visited from Fresno. Strangely, I remember the smell most of all. Isn't that weird? Hmmm.... maybe I stayed there more than once, too long ago to remember. In fact, I remember pretty much the whole house... you lived there when I was still in Sac in high school, too....

I should hope it was a good smell. I remember back then I burned insense quite a bit (so much so, that my poor computer actually overheated from the smoke collected on its chips!).

yeah, you stayed over a few times.. it was a nice house.. Still is, in some ways, but my mom has changed it *drasticaly* (nothing structural, just a lot more clutter (no, more than that -- no, think even *more*) and re-arranging of stuff).

mowing

(Link)
I remember you coming over to my house, just angry to the point of tears that your mom was mowing the lawn and "killing it". It is quite a fond memory.

that particular habit of people still bugs me.. I can accept it, but that doesn't mean I like it. :)

cut grass still smells like rotting and death to me.

The night on the air mattress. That was really the first time you and I spent talking and getting to know each other. And of course, the rumors it started!!!

When you showed up to the creative drinking party gravilim and I had... I remember be exceptionally surprised at the sheer variety you had brought with you. And some lovely concoctions you came up with too, as well as some frightening ones. :)

The first Drunken Chess day at RCBC. I sat facing the door, like I like, and we played three games of chess. Our server (was it "Mike"?) was damn good, and his advice about club soda for denumbing the tounge after alcohol is still with me.

And for years after that, we never had that good of service there, yet we kept going, because of the qualtity of beer, possibly because of location, and maybe some sentimental value.

at this point, I think it's more sentimental than anything else. Even their beer has started slipping.

That was a good first night for the tradition, though. We need to have another evening. Hoppy perhaps?

heh.. yes, the hat.. actually, correction: The Hat. hehehe.. The last 10 people I've met have actually remembered seeing me *years* ago because of The Hat.

You can thank gregory_geiger for starting it. The first one I had was a gift from him (started as a "hey, can I borrow this for a few days" and kinda grew out of that).

ah yes, MUPTs... happy chaos indeed..

Some years and years ago ...

I, my girlfriend of the time, Michael, and one other person (John Hutton I believe) were enroute through the tunnel from Old Sac to Downtown Plaza. Opening night for Interview with a Vampire.

As we emerged from under Highway 5 - in front of us was a grouping ... Tracy, Jacob (did I remeber than name right?) ... I think Aaron ... a couple of others ... and you ...

We didn't actually "meet" until a bit later.

*Laura checking her Livejournal at Chris's house last year*
Me: Oh fuck. There's lograh again.
Chris: What?
Me: He's always posting to my journal.
Chris: Is that a problem?
Me: We have...shall we say..."personality conflicts."

Free Museum Day!!! The crowds, and the craziness that followed...of which there was an event I have wanted but forgotten to talk to you about. Remind me next time you see me??

That was also the day we drove out to Davis to meet Yorkie!
