Here is an interesting and clever take on the EULAs we all have come to know and hate. I've actually read through one once, and it's amazing how much crap you have to agree to to run software! This guy's trying to throw some of it back to the companies, and while this SVLA (Software Vendor License Agreement) might be entirely non-legal and useless in court, it sure is a nice pipe-dream.
