This morning's tea brought to you by the numbers e, i, and the letter a.

Almost equal parts Jasmine Pearls and Silver Needles, but with slightly more needles than pearls.

highly recommended.

did someone say tea?

(Link)
Oh wise tea master, I have a question for you. I do not know how to write the name in Chinese characters, but I am looking for a tea that I had when I visited Beijing. It was served to my friend and I at the Taoist temple in their teahouse. It is called Red Snow tea. Do you the tea of which I speak? Do you know where I could find it if I were in, say, the U.S.?

hrmmm.. I've not heard of it in general.. and a few quick searches didn't turn up anything.. so I dunno.. I'll keep an eye out and ask at the tea shop I like to frequent.

Just to let you know, it will look like long-fingered white lichen in your cup, but it turns the water red. It is a very beautiful tea, and since you are a connaisseur of teas I highly recommend that you try it. Thank you for looking, and if you find it I will jump up and down. :)
